I’m concerned

Unable to complete subscription to Pro

I tried twice to submit my payment for Pixoto Pro, but nothing happens after I click "Start Free Trial" I tried twice and now I am afraid that if it does go through I will be charged twice.

  • Todd - I'm really sorry about this. Needless to say we really want you to be able to signup up for PRO successfully. ;)

    I do not see any record of an attempted transaction from you so something must have been erroring on the front end. Can you tell me what browser and OS you are using? If possible could you try a different browser and see if you get the same result?

    Again - my apologies and I hope we can get this worked out.
